I'm a student; I've forgotten my LMS (MyMurdoch) Password, what do I do?
You can reset your password by using this link to the Murdoch Password Reset form.
When prompted, enter:
1. Murdoch Username (Student Number)
2. Date of birth
3. When asked to nominate the delivery method for your new Murdoch Password, Choose SMS:
Be aware that this reset service will use your personal details held in MyInfo (ie. Student Number, Mobile Number and Date of Birth). If your details are out of date, you will need to contact the Student Services and they will update the out-of-date contact details on your behalf. You will then be able to use the Murdoch Password Reset form.

I'm a student; I've forgotten my Email/Computer login Password, what do I do?
You will need to visit IT Helpdesk Office or call IT Helpdesk on (04) 4355700 Ext:280/281/282 to reset your login password.
