Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Having a postgraduate qualification in Business can often provide you with the edge needed to make it through to the upper echelons of industry. The Murdoch MBA provides comprehensive exposure to the key analytical tools required to make sound business decisions. It can be completed in 12,* 16 or 24 months. Classes are also held in the evenings and on weekends as it is much more convenient for working professionals.

Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)

The MHRM is a professionally-oriented coursework Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM). The degree takes a strategic view of human resource management which links an organisation’s strategic goals and objectives to the management of its human resources. Coursework proceeds from strategic overviews of the operating environment through HR planning, staffing, training and development, performance management and remuneration. The MHRM can be completed in 12,* 16 or 24 months. Classes are also held in the evenings and on weekends as it is much more convenient for working professionals.

Our MHRM graduates have gained employment in managerial positions in RAK Bank, Emirates Airlines, Jumeira Group, UAE Air force and DHL.

Master of Education (MEd)

This course provides the education profession and the community with leaders capable of addressing critical issues in educational practice, policy and research. It is designed for teachers, educational administrators and professionals who seek to extend and deepen their expertise. It is also applicable to professionals carrying out educational duties in related fields who seek professional development and renewal.

Our MEd graduates have gained employment in senior positions at the Ministry of Education, ADVETI and ADEC.
